Silicone Materials for Electronics
Silicone holds stable properties at -60 ~ 250℃, thus an appropriate material for protecting electronic components that are sensitive to vibration, contamination, heat, and moisture. Especially, when used for encapsulating LEDs, silicone reduces optical losses of the LEDs while increasing luminance and device lifetime. KBG’s silicone materials, of which physical properties are fine-tuned to meet customers’ requests, have excellent optical properties, adhesion, and mechanical strength.
